It applies when you browse this site, create an account, save items, add items to your cart, request an order, or contact Hood Aura through Telegram. 1. Our approach

Hood Aura is a small online selection store. We collect only what is needed to operate the store, and nothing more. We do not run advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking, and the use of your personal data is kept to the minimum required to provide the services you request.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email address, and your name and phone number if you choose to provide them.
• Order data — your order number, the items you requested (including size, color, and price), and the status of each order.
• Contact messages — the name, email address, and message you submit through the contact form.
• Browser storage — your cart, loading-screen state, and your legal/cookie preference, stored on your own device. See the Cookie Policy.
• Technical data — limited information such as IP address and request logs may be processed by the hosting and security providers that deliver and protect the site, as applicable.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to operate your account, to prepare and track your order requests, to follow up on orders and answer questions through Telegram, and to keep the site functioning. It is not used to build marketing profiles or send unsolicited promotions.

4. Where your data lives

Account, order, and contact-form records are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Communication and order follow-up take place through Telegram; anything you send us there is also subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. Hosting and security providers may process technical data in the course of serving and protecting the site.

5. No sale of personal information

Hood Aura does not sell personal information. The site does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers. If any analytics or marketing tool is ever introduced, this policy and the storage notice will be updated first, and such tools will be opt-in where required.

6. Your requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data connected to your account at any time by messaging @hoodauraofficial on Telegram. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from a channel that allows us to verify it is really you.

7. Retention

Personal data is generally kept for six months, unless you request deletion earlier, or a record needs to be kept longer for order handling, customer support, or security reasons. Browser storage remains on your own device until you clear it.

8. Security

Access to account and order data is restricted through authentication and database-level access rules, and the site is served over encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Minors

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and it will be removed.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Meaningful changes will be highlighted here.
