Order details — availability, destination, and final terms — are confirmed with you through Telegram (@hoodauraofficial) before any order is completed. Nothing ships until both sides have confirmed the order in chat.
Hood Aura ships within North America. Orders are processed within 3 business days of confirmation, and delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on destination. Shipping is free.
If your order takes longer than discussed, message @hoodauraofficial with your order number — it begins with HA- — and we will check its status.
While an order request is still awaiting confirmation, you may cancel it yourself at any time from My Orders. Once an order has been confirmed it can no longer be cancelled, and once it has been sent out there are no cancellations and no refunds.
All sales are final. Hood Aura does not offer returns or refunds, with one exception: items that arrive damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, contact @hoodauraofficial with your order number and clear photos of the damage. To qualify, the item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Hood Aura pays return shipping for approved damaged-item returns, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
