1. Shipping
Order details — availability, destination, and final terms — are confirmed with you through Telegram (@hoodauraofficial) before any order is completed. Nothing ships until both sides have confirmed the order in chat.
- Regions served — North America.
- Processing time — orders are processed within 3 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery time — typically 2–4 weeks, depending on destination.
- Shipping cost — free.
2. Delays
If your order takes longer than discussed, message @hoodauraofficial with your order number — it begins with HA- — and we will check its status.
3. Cancellations
- Before confirmation — you may cancel an order request yourself at any time from My Orders.
- After confirmation — the order cannot be cancelled.
- After dispatch — once an order has been sent out, there are no cancellations and no refunds.
4. Returns & refunds
All sales are final. Hood Aura does not offer returns or refunds, with one exception: items that arrive damaged.
- If an item arrives damaged, contact @hoodauraofficial with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- To qualify, the item must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
- Hood Aura pays return shipping for approved damaged-item returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
